Alvarez mentioned the monthly bill has broad assist and he expects it to grow to be law, which would assistance undo stereotypes about cruising and lowriding and allow for persons to get pleasure from the custom made lawfully.

“The truth is that men and women who are investing their time and their money — and these vehicles can be very costly — they are not individuals who are searching to do any hurt,” Alvarez stated.
